• The guide provides a chapter dedicated to each department
• Individual department leaders need only follow their specific chapter points, instead of ransacking the hundreds of pages of regulations to detect snippets of applicable expectations.
• Each chapter will follow the below-listed format:

  • Human Resource Department file expectations 
  • List of all logs kept in the department that need to be reviewed
